Lewis Jay | Business Development Manager
Lewis’ passion for all things with wheels—or even tracks—ignited during his 9-year career with the British Army’s Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME). His diverse journey toward becoming Xatrix's Business Development Manager has taken him around the world, working in various automotive sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and education. Along the way, he successfully ran his own business, gaining a wealth of experience that now benefits every project we take on at Xatrix.
Lewis is not only a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (MIMI) but also boasts a range of industry-leading qualifications. He’s an approved Advanced Automotive Engineer (AAE), a Certified Automotive Assessor (CAA), and a Certified Automotive Trainer (CAT). Additionally, he holds a prestigious SEMTA Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering, further proving his expertise and dedication to the field.

Artur, our talented first-year apprentice, has a deep passion for everything on wheels. Currently honing his skills attending Crawley College x1 day a week, he's working toward earning his Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician qualification.

Adrian Pawlik | Content Creator
Adrian’s passion for cars began early, working alongside his father on friends and family vehicles. It has since guided his career through various automotive sectors. At University, he immersed himself in motorsport through `Formula Student’ assisting with the media & promotional aspects while also learning about the technical side of the motorsport world, further deepening his love for performance. Professional experience includes roles as a PR officer for global brand JLR, SEO officer at FT, and an automotive writer for DriveTribe. After university he co-founded a custom car shop (Rebel Classics) specializing in classic car restoration and modification it was always intended to be a passion project that grew into a career.
